arrivia is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own complex, multi-team technical programs from inception through delivery and sustained operation. The role partners with engineering leadership on architecture, integrations, and system dependencies; uses AI copilots and automation platforms to improve planning, backlog refinement, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communication; and mentors other TPMs on AI-augmented workflows. Candidates need at least 8 years of technical program leadership experience, strong technical and process knowledge, at least 2 years of active AI workflow integration, and a bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Business.
