Tellos is hiring an independent Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to provide ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role includes conducting functional and skill assessments, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, supervising and training RBTs, evaluating client progress, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting billing and insurance compliance. Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification, a master's degree, live in Georgia, be fluent in Spanish, and have strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers autonomy, practice setup support, and earnings of up to $125,000+ per year.
