The role involves designing and analyzing woodframe residential structures, preparing CAD drawings and construction documents, assessing existing structures, reviewing shop drawings, monitoring construction compliance, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field, at least five years of structural engineering experience, at least two years of remote work experience with a US-based company, and proficiency with EnerCalc, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit, along with knowledge of US building codes and strong analytical and communication skills.
