Description
The Removal Team Lead is a full-time, on-site supervisor overseeing removal, scan-in/out, inventory, and customer-service associates. The role includes assisting customers with locating items, managing pick-up queues, training team members, meeting department goals, communicating with the General Manager, handling timesheets and disciplinary matters, and coordinating with supervisory staff. The position requires availability for Monday-through-Saturday shifts, the ability to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team lift, and customer focus; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
