Description
The entry-level Rendering Operator will handle routine operations in animal protein and fat production, including operating production equipment, monitoring cooking processes, collecting and testing samples, monitoring environmental equipment, and operating forklifts and skid steer loaders. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years of related experience, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, independent work, appropriate forklift or skid steer certification, mechanical aptitude, safety knowledge, communication skills, and a flexible schedule.
