Description
ICF is hiring a Renewable Energy Engineer to support the implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of renewable energy programmes in Bihar, including PM Surya Ghar and PM-KUSUM initiatives. The role coordinates with utility and implementing agencies, supports project tracking, inspections, commissioning, MIS and analytics, field reviews, vendor monitoring, stakeholder engagement, training, and impact assessments. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least two years of renewable energy experience, and experience with at least one renewable energy project; a master's degree is preferred. The position is based at ICF's New Delhi Client Office (II88) and requires field travel.
