The Renewables Recruitment Consultant will build and expand the temporary staffing and employee-leasing business for renewable-energy clients in the German market, sourcing and filling technical roles such as engineers and Site Managers, managing customer and project acquisition, and operating within a 360° sales-and-delivery model. The role may eventually lead a team and offers permanent employment with uncapped commission of €50,000–€90,000 per year.
