Workable is hiring a Renewals Coordinator to own the end-to-end renewal cycle for a defined book of business. The role manages quotes-to-close, renewal risk, forecasting, stakeholder communication, pricing and packaging guidance, customer value communication, and playbook improvement. It is intended for someone with 0–2 years of customer-facing, sales, or account management experience, with subscription renewal or retention experience preferred. The position offers an annual salary of 20,000–25,000 EUR, private health insurance, a medical plan, performance bonuses, cell phone reimbursement, and Apple gear.
