Description
The Flexible Operator provides operational support in a warehouse by picking up assigned tasks, assisting the Induction team with missing cases, pulling missing cases, and handling requests from the Induction Lead or Supervisor. The role operates in a fast-paced distribution center around conveyor systems, pallet jacks, and forklifts, requires lifting up to 50 pounds, strong communication skills, the ability to follow simple instructions, and experience operating large equipment. The position pays $22.50 per hour and runs from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
