The Project Manager will independently manage complex renovation and restoration projects, coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and clients, and monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards for historic buildings. The role requires a degree in industrial engineering in construction or architecture, substantial experience in structural construction and renovation, modern IT skills, a driver’s license, and preferably bilingual Dutch and French ability.
