The role covers scheduling, progress, quality, cost, procurement, buildability, feasibility, risk identification, and coordination with project managers, site managers, residents, and clients. Candidates need an HBO degree in Construction Engineering or a similar field, at least five years of work-planning experience in renovation, maintenance, or residential construction, complex construction experience, and BIM knowledge. The position offers a permanent contract, a monthly gross salary of €4,291.63–€6,256.72 for a mid-level profile or €5,005.37–€7,049.76 for a senior-level profile, and extensive benefits.
