Le Groupe Maurice is hiring an occasional Rental Advisor for Résidence Le VU in Sherbrooke. The daytime role runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., including every weekend, and involves welcoming prospective clients, analyzing their needs, supporting them through the rental process, following up with leads, contributing to occupancy goals, gathering resident feedback, and participating in visibility and promotional activities. The position requires at least one year of relevant customer service or sales experience, college-level or equivalent training, strong customer orientation, organization, relationship-building, and computer proficiency.
