Acme Equipment is hiring a full-time Rental Associate in Fargo, North Dakota. The role combines customer service with equipment management, including recommending tools, handling rental contracts, loading and organizing equipment, instructing customers on safe operation, inspecting and maintaining equipment, recording rental activity, troubleshooting, conducting inventory, scheduling maintenance, and performing minor repairs. The schedule is 40 hours per week during Monday-Friday operations with rotating Saturdays, and the position requires a valid driver's license, computer skills, communication ability, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
