Pacific Mobile Structures is hiring a Rental Project Coordinator in Chehalis, Washington, to coordinate the full lifecycle of commercial modular building rental orders. The role supports sales, operations, customers, vendors, and drivers by scheduling deliveries, pickups, relocations, and service transportation; maintaining rental documentation and customer records; tracking on-rent and off-rent activity; processing quotes, purchase orders, billing, and invoices; and supporting branch forecasting and operational improvements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of project coordination, dispatching, or related support experience, and a valid driver’s license, with a pay rate of $25–$29 per hour DOE.
