Indie Campers is hiring a Rental Service Agent to support customer-facing rental operations while also performing RV sales demonstrations and lead conversion. The role combines check-ins, check-outs, briefings, service recovery, emergency support, product knowledge, CRM-based lead tracking, and sales follow-up to deliver strong customer experiences and contribute to commercial results. The position requires customer service and sales experience, technical understanding of RV systems, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility to work outdoors and during weekends or peak periods.
