Indie Campers is hiring a Rental Service Agent to manage customer-facing rental operations and conduct RV sales demonstrations that convert leads into buyers. The role includes rental check-ins and check-outs, customer support and service recovery, RV product demonstrations and handovers, CRM lead tracking and follow-up, basic troubleshooting of RV systems, and support for sales targets. Candidates need 1–3 years of relevant customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive experience, strong communication, technical explanation skills, a driving license, English proficiency, physical mobility, and flexibility for outdoor, weekend, holiday, and peak-season work.
