Quest Global is seeking an Engineer – Digital Shop Floor Instruction and Repair Engineering to support gas turbine overhaul operations. The role develops digital shop-floor work instructions, repair schemes, inspection plans, and technical documentation; assesses component defects; defines repair processes; supports repair trials and supplier packages; and collaborates with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, commercial, purchasing, and external repair-supplier teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, experience in aerospace, industrial gas turbines, rotating machinery, power generation, heavy engineering, or MRO, and familiarity with repair engineering, technical authoring, digital work-instruction systems, and quality-management processes.
