Description
The Repair Project Manager leads repair projects from initiation through completion, serving as the primary interface with external customers and coordinating technical, commercial, quality, and ERP activities. Responsibilities include managing project costs and margins, preparing workpacks, Gantt charts, S-curves, daily reports, and project updates, leading quality and pre-production meetings, meeting OTD and other KPIs, and supporting audits and vendor surveillance. The role requires production or mechanical engineering education with active CREA registration, intermediate English, and availability to travel; sales, NOV equipment, repair processes, technical-document interpretation, project management, and customer-interface experience are preferred.
