Description
The Repair Technician II is fully proficient and independently responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, and repairing components and finished products manufactured by Trust Automation. They ensure products meet functional, performance, and quality requirements after restoration, applying technical expertise to identify failure modes, determine root causes, and define repair or upgrade paths. This role involves executing complex repairs, validating them through testing, communicating technical findings, providing guidance to junior technicians, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
