The employer is hiring a full-time Replacement Machine Operator to support machine operators across paper-production units such as slitting, planing, re-winding, and RBK. Responsibilities include pre- and post-production work, setup and changeover support, auxiliary production activities, material and order management, cleanliness, quality checks, and machine operation during breaks after onboarding. The role requires technical understanding, practical skills, reliability, quality consciousness, teamwork, and willingness to work in a three-shift system; technical training and initial production or machine experience are advantageous but not required.
