Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of experience in a front-office environment on a repo desk, fixed income trading desk, or closely related function (e.g. securities lending, money markets, treasury)
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of repo products, collateral, and balance sheet usage; experience managing balance sheet constraints is an advantage
Ability to assess and manage interest rate and funding risk across multiple currencies and markets
Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and internal partnerships
Commercial mindset with demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and a strong drive to support business development and revenue growth
