Description

Heritage is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support wealth-reporting activities. The role involves manually loading transactions and valuations into Addepar, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with reconciliation. The Reporting Analyst will also collaborate with the Tech Team on data integration, enter historical transactions for new clients, and support the creation of basic formulas and attributes within Addepar. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, a strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or Engineering, and experience with financial documentation and reconciliation.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
Required Previous Experiences: 1-3 years’ experience in similar roles
Experience reading and interpreting account statements, bank reports, wealth reports, and financial documents related to capital calls, distributions, and NAVs of alternative funds (MOIC, TVPI, etc.)
Experience with cash and debt position reconciliation
Experience in consulting firms (KPMG, PwC, etc.) in Asset Management, wealth management, family office or fund audits
Preferred Qualifications: Tech-savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologies
Tools specific to wealth management reporting is considered a plus
Strong Excel skills
Highly motivated and proactive, with a hands-on attitude
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
Effective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Fluent in English
