TTEC is hiring a Reporting Analyst to work hybrid in the Philippines. The role manages complex business projects, develops dashboards and data-driven solutions, analyzes operations and financial data, maintains database records, audits relationships, and provides KPI insights to improve processes and productivity. The analyst will support clients and operations with ad-hoc reporting and work with leadership and internal customers using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and other reporting tools.
