DEFEND is hiring a Reporting and Analytics Lead to design, develop, and continuously improve reporting, semantic models, Power BI dashboards, and analytical solutions across the business. The role delivers financial and operational insights supporting forecasting, planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and applying data governance and modern data-modelling practices.
