Koniag IT Systems is hiring a Reporting & Analytics Specialist to support infrastructure operations, service management, and program decision-making for a federal civilian customer in Washington, DC. The hybrid role requires two days onsite and involves building and maintaining dashboards and reports, extracting and transforming data from ITSM, monitoring, and infrastructure systems, writing optimized SQL queries, supporting program and FinOps reporting, and presenting actionable insights. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, at least three years of reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics experience, SQL and BI-tool expertise, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
