BITĖ is hiring a Reporting and Data Analytics Team Lead to direct a reporting and data analytics team, define its direction, coordinate with business and technology stakeholders, manage the reporting platform, ensure data quality, automate processes, and collaborate with IT and data engineering teams. The role requires at least five years of experience preparing reports and building data models, at least two years leading a team, strong SQL and Power BI or other BI skills, knowledge of data modeling and ETL, and proficiency in Lithuanian and English. The position offers a monthly salary of €5,500–7,000 before tax and private health and accident insurance.
