The Maryland Longitudinal Data System Center is hiring a full-time HR Analyst in Baltimore City. The role develops interactive reports, dashboards, data requests, and analyses; supports state and federal reporting; applies statistical and data visualization software; ensures privacy and data-governance compliance; and represents the Center at legislative hearings and agency meetings. The position is telework-eligible and requires reporting to the office two days per week. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, six years of administrative or professional experience, and selective qualifications involving Power BI, Stata, or similar software. The salary is $76,608 to $99,105, with progression to $120,814 per year.
