Description
The Compliance Reporting Specialist III interprets, analyzes, researches, and reports data for Monitoring Authorities while sorting, processing, and distributing data from alcohol monitoring devices according to jurisdictional requirements. The role reviews reports for accuracy and compliance, submits required reports through company databases and proprietary systems, supports court testimony and hearings, and provides training to Monitoring Authorities and new hires. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of Compliance Reporting Specialist experience, at least two years of customer service experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and proprietary systems. The position is fully remote Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and reports to the Compliance Supervisor.
