Description
The Repower Outage Supervisor reports to the Senior Manager, Operations and provides technical, administrative, and supervisory support for hydro turbine maintenance and capital projects. Responsibilities include outage planning, project scheduling, replacement-part specifications and fabrication sketches, troubleshooting and failure analysis, preventive maintenance, emergency repair support, safety and project controls, condition monitoring, purchasing coordination, and training support. The role requires mechanical or electrical engineering education, project or team-lead experience, power-generation exposure, machine-shop and CNC knowledge, and familiarity with rigging, confined-space, and electrical practices. It is based in Fulton, New York or Watertown, New York, with up to 50% offsite travel, and pays $80,000–$120,000 per year with a 10% variable bonus.
