Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is hiring a Sales Support / Customer Experience Support Representative in Montreal for a permanent full-time position. The role provides vacation and absence coverage for inside sales representatives, manages customer and system-related requests through a ticketing system, coordinates with Operations, Service, and Delivery teams, maintains internal records, and contributes to process improvements. Candidates need 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative support, experience with sales or CRM systems, and bilingual English and French skills. The annual compensation range is CAD 45,700 to 60,500, with a performance-based bonus and eligible benefits.
