Description
PUM is hiring a part-time, independent-contractor PUM Representative in Binh Dinh, Vietnam, to identify and acquire SME clients, build stakeholder networks, partner with entrepreneurs, coordinate projects with PUM experts, and deliver at least 10 successful projects per year. The role requires approximately 12–16 hours per week, local residence in Binh Dinh, a professional background in education, agriculture, agribusiness, rural development, or a related field, at least 10 years of customer-relationship and project-management experience, strong Vietnamese and English communication skills, and Microsoft 365 proficiency. Compensation consists of €100 monthly basic remuneration and €400 per successful project, with the applicant responsible for applicable taxes and social security.
