The role handles new orders, demand analysis, delivery schedules, customer portal updates, shipment arrangements, NPI and mass-production order management, customer master data in SAP, RMA/RGA follow-up, payment support, and related reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of similar experience, fluent English, ERP and Excel skills, and data analysis ability; SAP, MMOG/LG, and FORMAL-Q knowledge are preferred.
