NTT DATA Services is hiring a Rep II-Medicare for a remote, contract-to-hire position starting 10/05/2026. The role supports Medicare members, prescribers, and providers by processing coverage-related requests through phone and fax channels, handling case setup, review, outreach, documentation, and resolution in accordance with Medicare guidelines and CMS timelines. The position requires flexible Monday–Friday scheduling with possible weekend or holiday coverage, mandatory overtime, and a secure home workspace with hard-wired internet. Applicants need at least six months of customer service, healthcare, pharmacy, call center, or related experience; call center, PBM, managed care, confidential information, multi-system workflow, and pharmacy technician certification experience are preferred.
