Description
The Performance Reporting Analyst investigates and resolves daily and monthly performance-outlier exceptions, validates rate-of-return calculations through cash-flow, interest, accrual, and market-value analysis, and remediates data-quality issues affecting retail, institutional, and managed clients. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, 0–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills; SQL knowledge is an advantage. The position is part of Fidelity’s Operations and Services Group and supports accurate account and portfolio-level return reporting.
