The role adjudicates pet health claims in accordance with policy terms, assesses eligibility and medical-record requests, determines pre-authorization and Pay Practice Direct outcomes, and provides guidance to insurance advisors, territory managers, and veterinary practices. It also supports customer and channel-partner inquiries, post-claims surveys, and the drafting of insurance correspondence. The posting requires an Animal Health Technologist designation or equivalent education and experience, previous veterinary clinic experience, and English proficiency; bilingualism is an asset for Montreal-based opportunities.
