Description
The NGR Operator works in the Manufacturing department on a repro line that produces recycled resin from internal and external scrap. The role includes quality checks, plant-computer data entry, packaging verification, order-change planning, paperwork accuracy, screen changes, safety and housekeeping, production-rate optimization, and assistance with maintenance and other zones. The position reports to a Repro Manager, Repro Lead, or Shift Supervisor and requires at least six months of on-the-job training.
