Description
The Rainforest Alliance is seeking a consultant to support stakeholder engagement, program implementation, and monitoring for its coffee and tea certification programs in Rwanda and Burundi. The role involves monthly farm visits, identification of compliance gaps, stakeholder and government dialogues, field assessments, reporting, and support for training and certification assignments. The consultancy is for 48 working days from May to November 2026 and requires a bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field, three years of Rainforest Alliance certification experience, five years of Rwanda tea or coffee-sector experience, approved Rainforest Alliance trainer status, fluency in French and English, and authorization to work in Rwanda.
