Description
Qualysoft is hiring a senior Requirements Engineer to drive requirements engineering across the software lifecycle, elicit and analyze business requirements, translate needs into user stories and functional specifications, support backlog refinement, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, assess change impacts, and support testing and acceptance activities. The role requires at least five years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or systems analysis, preferably in banking or financial services, along with SQL, distributed-systems, agile, and stakeholder-management expertise.
