Description
The Automotive Requirements Engineer will manage customer and system requirements, analyze and trace requirements, support solution discussions, handle change requests, and ensure requirement consistency across hardware, software, testing, and architecture teams. The role requires engineering education, knowledge of system engineering and software development, familiarity with requirement-management tools, code-reading ability, and understanding of engine and vehicle functions; automotive experience, hybrid-function experience, and basic OBD regulation knowledge are preferred.
