Description
The Requirements Analyst will drive and structure requirements work across business, operations and maintenance, projects, and development initiatives in a large organization with complex systems and integrations. The role translates business needs into clear, traceable, and verifiable requirements; leads workshops and requirements discussions; documents and communicates requirements; and ensures traceability and verification throughout the initiative lifecycle. The position is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days on-site in Stockholm, with a start date of 10-11-2026 and an end date of 09-11-2028, with an option to extend.
