Description
The Requirements Analyst will lead and coordinate requirements work for IT-related public procurements, collaborating with procurement, business, and IT experts to identify target groups and needs, gather requirements, analyze business, legal, architectural, security, and non-functional requirements, document requirements in procurement documentation, and participate in tender evaluation. The role requires at least four years of procurement experience, two years in project management or equivalent coordination, and two years of requirements analysis experience, along with Swedish and English fluency and willingness to undergo security clearance.
