Description
NISC is hiring a Service Product Requirements Analyst to translate business requirements into technical requirements for its iVUE/IVC software applications. The role collaborates with developers, system engineers, quality engineers, product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders; elicits, validates, documents, and leads requirements; creates use cases and user stories; supports the software development lifecycle; and mentors team members. The position prefers 5+ years of related experience, broadband industry knowledge, a business-related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel as needed.
