Description
The Systems Support Officer will support SHAPE’s Systems Support (SUP) Section and NATO’s Integrated Air & Missile Defence (IAMD) systems, including translating IAMD requirements into planning inputs, monitoring technical availability and performance, conducting technical evaluations, managing system deficiencies, and supporting interoperability and logistics. The role requires IAMD systems experience, KPI monitoring experience, and a university degree or equivalent professional qualification with related experience; it is a three-year Project Linked NATO International Civilian contract with deployments and TDY assignments possible.
