ALTEN is hiring a Requirements Engineer to support complex defence projects involving Counter-UAS, RESM, and CESM solutions. The role covers requirements analysis, stakeholder workshops, traceability, reviews, change control, process advice, coaching, and automation of requirements-management activities. Candidates need a technical degree or comparable qualification, extensive requirements, requirements-management, or systems-engineering experience, knowledge of systems-engineering methods and tools, and strong German and English skills.
