ALTEN is hiring a full-time, entry-level Requirements Engineer in Munich, Germany, to work on challenging system development projects, particularly innovative defense projects involving Counter-UAS solutions and Electronic Support Measures. The role covers requirements capture, documentation, traceability, workshops, reviews, quality assurance, change tracking, and project documentation using tools such as JAMA, DOORS, JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect. Candidates need a technical degree or comparable qualification, initial experience in requirements or systems engineering, knowledge of development processes, strong communication and teamwork skills, and very good German and English proficiency.
