Description
Clinisys is hiring a Requirements Analyst II to develop user requirements for AI-enabled, cloud-based diagnostic informatics software supporting laboratory workflows. The role works within an Agile development team, validates requirements with product and client stakeholders, prioritizes functional and non-functional needs, understands data structures and system flows, documents workflows and prototypes, and presents enhancements to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, 2–4 years of experience in software development, communication with technical and subject-matter experts, and experience in a commercial software engineering environment.
