Description
The Requirements Engineer will shape engineering processes, establish SDLC standards, and drive AI and automation in an insurance software environment. The role develops requirements-engineering standards, quality guidelines, reusable requirements, solution-design frameworks, a central requirements catalog, templates, and reference building blocks, while coordinating architecture, development, projects, and delivery. It requires a degree in informatics, business administration, insurance, or a comparable field, plus experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, domain conception, solution design, or requirements-governance structures. The position is full-time or part-time (at least 32 hours per week) with approximately 50% home office.
