Description
Theben is hiring a Requirements Engineer to gather, structure, document, and manage requirements for development projects, translate them into UML, SysML, and BPMN models, maintain traceability, support agile sprint planning, and coordinate with development, product, and project management teams. The role also involves taking on a Product Owner role in supported projects and contributing to company-wide requirements engineering and process improvement. Candidates should have requirements or systems engineering knowledge, agile and development project experience, German and English at least at C1 level, and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
