Description
The role analyzes and documents customer technical and process requirements, facilitates workshops, maintains requirement traceability, creates solution profiles, designs and optimizes processes, supports aerospace and aviation quality standards, coordinates audits and risk analyses, and improves processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or FMEA methods. It requires a technical degree, experience in requirements engineering and process management, knowledge of relevant standards and methods, strong communication and analytical skills, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel within Germany and abroad.
