Infinity IT Consulting is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst/Requirements Lead for a consulting assignment with a large organization. The role leads requirements work from identifying and analyzing needs through translating them into clear, quality-assured, traceable functional and non-functional requirements, while coordinating with business, IT, project management, regulatory, and other stakeholders. The position may involve legislation and regulatory requirements and tools such as Azure DevOps, and requires extensive requirements analysis and leadership experience, stakeholder coordination, strong analytical skills, Swedish communication ability, and experience in complex public-sector or large-organization environments.
